- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

- 1 tbsp sriracha (for dipping sauce)
- 1 tsp mustard (for dipping sauce)
- 1 tsp paprika (for dipping sauce)
- splash water (for dipping sauce, to thin)
- dried parsley (for dipping sauce, for topping)
