A delicious, macro-friendly concept, but plagued by confusing ingredient division and missing air-frying instructions.
Ingredients
- 125 g 5% fat minced beef
- 250 g potatoes (diced)
- 2 tsp paprika

- spray oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- garlic (to taste or grated)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 20 g lighter cheddar cheese (grated)
- 80 g 0% natural yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
- gherkins
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1
Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Season with paprika and salt, spray with oil, and air fry until crispy.
- 2
In a bowl, mix together the natural yoghurt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, ketchup, and a little salt and pepper to make the sauce. Set aside.

Stir in the garlic, tomato puree, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- 5
Sprinkle the grated cheddar over the beef mixture and stir until melted and combined.
1 min - 6
Assemble the bowl: add a bed of lettuce, then top with the crispy potatoes, the cheesy beef mixture, diced tomatoes, sliced gherkins, a drizzle of the yogurt sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
