- 2 sausages chicken sausages (roasted garlic) (or any flavor)
- olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 small zucchini (sliced)
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup orzo pasta
- 1 1/2 cups beef bone broth
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (to taste)

Chop chicken sausages, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped sausage and vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes until sausage is crispy. Season if desired.

Add 3/4 cup orzo and 1.5 cups beef bone broth. Stir, cover, and let simmer for about 12 minutes until orzo is tender.
