Ingredients
- pasta (fusilli or similar)
- 2 cans tuna (canned in spring water)
- mayonnaise
- salad cream
- mustard
- honey
- lemon juice
- black pepper
- cucumber (diced)
- red onion (diced)
- sweetcorn (canned)
- baby plum tomatoes (halved)
Instructions

Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, salad cream, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix well.

Dice the cucumber and red onion. Place them in a large container along with the sweetcorn, halved baby plum tomatoes, and the cooled pasta.

Add the drained tuna chunks to the container with the vegetables and pasta.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture.

Mix everything together until well combined and coated with the dressing. Serve immediately or chill.
