Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika (for chicken seasoning)
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 4 spring onions (white and green parts separated)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 100 g frozen peas
- 100 g Nando's Lemon and Herb sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 pouches rice pouches (microwaveable, cooked)
- 225 g fat reduced halloumi (torn into chunks)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika (for halloumi)
Instructions

Season the chicken with paprika, onion, garlic, oregano and brown sugar. Fry in the oil for a couple of minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for one minute.

Add the white parts of the spring onions, onion, and red pepper. Fry until soft, then add the frozen peas.

Heat the rice pouches in the microwave for just 1 minute, then add to the pan. Cook until piping hot.

Add the Nando's sauce and soy sauce, then cook for another couple of minutes.

In a separate pan, tear off chunks of halloumi and dry fry until crispy. Add paprika and honey, then cook until sticky.

Add the halloumi to the pan and top with the green parts of the spring onions.
