An incredibly easy and foolproof crowd-pleaser, though you must let the pasta cool completely so the cheese pearls do not melt.
Ingredients
- 1 lb tricolor rotini
- 3 whole mini cucumbers (sliced into half moons)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup small salami slices
- 1 cup pepperoncini rings/slices
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 6 oz halved black olives
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing or balsamic vinaigrette

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, prepare all ingredients that need to be cleaned and chopped.

Once pasta is finished, drain and let cool for a few minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Give it a really good toss until everything is coated, and feel free to add more dressing here!
