Ingredients
- 1 can Spam
- Rice (preferably a day old)
- Green onion (green part for garnish)
- 1/2 White onion
- Garlic (lots, minced)
- Kimchi (as much as you want, cut into smaller pieces)
- Pepper (to taste)
- MSG (to taste)
- Chili crisp (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Mince a bunch of garlic.

Slice half a white onion into thin strips.

Cut the green part of the green onion for the garnish.

Grab as much kimchi as you want and cut into smaller pieces.

Slice a can of Spam into equal size cubes.

Heat up a pan to medium heat and sear the Spam cubes until cooked.

Remove the cooked Spam, then cook the white onions and garlic for a few minutes until translucent and fragrant.
