    Remove the skin and dice the sweet potatoes. Add to a large bowl, drizzle in some olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to taste. Mix till well combined then bake in the oven at 400°F for ~45-55 minutes or until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Flip half way through.

    Prepare all of your toppings (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced pickles, sesame seeds) and set aside.

    Add the ground beef to a large greased skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up then season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to taste. Let cook for 6-8 minutes, mixing every few minutes until cooked to your liking.

    For the burger sauce: combine 3/4 cup mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp yellow mustard, 3 tbsp finely diced pickles, 3 tbsp finely diced onions, and SPG & paprika to taste. Mix until well combined.
