Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- smoked paprika (to taste)
- 3/4 cup mayo (for the burger sauce)
- 2 tbsp ketchup (for the burger sauce)
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard (for the burger sauce)
- 3 tbsp pickles (finely diced, for the burger sauce)
- 3 tbsp onions (finely diced, for the burger sauce)
- SPG (salt, pepper, garlic powder blend to taste, for the burger sauce)
- paprika (to taste, for the burger sauce)
- shredded lettuce (for topping)
- diced tomatoes (for topping)
- diced red onion (for topping)
- diced pickles (for topping)
- sesame seeds (for topping)

Remove the skin and dice the sweet potatoes. Add to a large bowl, drizzle in some olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to taste. Mix till well combined then bake in the oven at 400°F for ~45-55 minutes or until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Flip half way through.

Prepare all of your toppings (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced pickles, sesame seeds) and set aside.

Add the ground beef to a large greased skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up then season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to taste. Let cook for 6-8 minutes, mixing every few minutes until cooked to your liking.

For the burger sauce: combine 3/4 cup mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp yellow mustard, 3 tbsp finely diced pickles, 3 tbsp finely diced onions, and SPG & paprika to taste. Mix until well combined.
